Digital Advertising Specialist
12100 Collective is a new growth marketing agency based in NYC founded by alumni of Meta's growth team and servicing clients with >$100M annual revenues across a variety of industries. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and execute paid media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. The primary focus of this role will be on the Meta Ads platform (Facebook & Instagram), with secondary responsibilities in managing Google Ads campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the ad platforms, testing, optimizing, and driving performance. A key player in developing campaign strategy, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights that help our clients win. We're looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Meta Ads Management (70%): Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across various objectives, including lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness. Conduct in-depth audience research and targeting using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest/behavioral targeting. Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROAS/KPI efficiency, making optimizations as needed. Set up and troubleshoot tracking via the Meta Dataset (Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI)). Plan and strategize A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences to identify winning combinations. Stay current with all Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and industry trends. Google Ads Management (20%): Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, primarily focused on Search, Performance Max, and Display. Perform keyword, in-market, and interest research and manage bid strategies. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate. Strategy & Reporting (10%): Collaborate with the team to develop integrated digital advertising strategies that align with client goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to generate regular reports with clear, concise insights and recommendations. Communicate campaign results and strategy effectively to internal team members and, occasionally, clients. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Required Experience: 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable results and a strong understanding of Ads Manager. Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.). Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels and how paid media fits into the overall customer journey. Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) to measure campaign effectiveness. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Bonus Points (Nice to Have): Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment. Experience with e-commerce clients and platforms like Shopify. Experience with other paid social platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
