Source and recruit for Java/Java Spring boot roles and related technology stacks. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end tech recruitment solutions. Mentor and train project team members. Work with multi-cultural, distributed development teams in dynamic environments. Ensure effective communication and alignment with project timelines and SLAs. Qualifications
Background in Java and Spring Boot is mandatory. Experience with Angular/React, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive design is mandatory. Experience with Docker containers and deploying topologies using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS). Thorough understanding of microservices architecture and patterns. Experience in event-driven architecture leveraging message brokers such as RabbitMQ. Experience in messaging technologies such as JSON and XML. Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures that meet service SLAs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Life at Capgemini
