Robert Walters We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to join the Dallas, Texas team. Responsibilities Partner closely with business leaders to design and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with strategic goals. Deliver tailored HR solutions addressing workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning. Drive employee development by facilitating training, coaching, and career pathing initiatives for staff at all levels. Act as an ambassador for company values by promoting employee engagement and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Provide expert guidance in employee relations to ensure fair and consistent policy application. Support managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with leaders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across departments. Work with finance and executives to align compensation, benefits, and recognition with market trends. Lead or support change management during organizational transformation or restructuring. Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws, including in unionized environments as needed. Conduct workforce analytics and prepare HR reports to inform leadership decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless employee experience from onboarding through development.

Qualifications

Bilingual English and Spanish Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Three to five years of progressive experience in HR roles (HR Generalist or HR Business Partner) is desirable Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environments preferred Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. labor law and employee relations best practices Strong ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights Authorization to work in the United States Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive situations Proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple priorities Passion for employee development and fostering a positive workplace culture High integrity and ethical conduct; ability to collaborate across international teams with occasional travel
