Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
to join their team in Dallas. This in-office role requires
fluency in both English and Spanish , as well as a Bachelors Degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Texas employment law, workplace safety regulations, and HR best practices. Experience in a manufacturing environment and safety compliance are required. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual who can work independently while effectively managing complex employee relations matters. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Texas labor laws, oversee workplace safety programs, and implement HR policies that align with legal requirements and company objectives. You will be the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance to employees and leadership on performance management, workplace disputes, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. A critical aspect of this position is maintaining and enforcing workplace safety programs to meet OSHA standards and other relevant regulations. You will conduct safety training, manage workers compensation claims, and ensure that all employees adhere to established safety protocols. Additionally, you will oversee HR administration, including onboarding, benefits management, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation. Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in human resources, business, or a closely related discipline required At least five years of human resources experience, including a minimum of three years specializing in Texas employment law, safety protocols, and employee relations, is essential Experience working in a manufacturing environment required Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is highly desirable Comprehensive expertise in Texas labor legislation, encompassing wage and hour standards, anti-discrimination practices, occupational safety guidelines, and family leave provisions, is crucial Proven ability to handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts effectively Solid understanding of workplace safety and OSHA compliance required Capacity to create, execute, and assess human resources policies and practices Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to foster strong relationships across all organizational levels Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and managing time, with the capability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently Must be local to the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
