Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a consistent, equitable, and high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and define job requirements. Develop and post job advertisements on internal systems, external job boards, and social media platforms. Source candidates through online databases, networking, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and initial candidate assessments. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels as needed, based on the position and hiring process. For certain roles, participate in interviews and make hiring decisions; for others, support the process by screening applicants and scheduling interviews for supervisors. Extend job offers and initiate pre-employment and onboarding processes in alignment with company policy. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed. Promote employer branding and represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events. Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion goals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-turnover and hard-to-fill positions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered. 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an in-house environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities. Demonstrated understanding of EEO, ADA, and other applicable employment regulations.
