Summary/Objective: The Administrative Office Assistant will support daily office operations by performing assigned administrative tasks including managing mail, deliveries, and paperwork. This role will provide clerical assistance across multiple departments and serve as front desk coverage during receptionist absences. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and able to multitask in a dynamic office environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM*

15 hours per week.*

*Subject to modification based on the needs of the business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each visit and direct accordingly.

Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, documents, and courier deliveries.

Perform general office duties such as filing, maintaining records, and managing office maintenance requests.

Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments as assigned.

Perform other duties as needed to support company operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems.

Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
