Overview

Seeking sales representatives who currently live in the Pacific Northwest or the Great Lakes area. CIRCULOGENE provides best-in-class molecular and genomic tests for the Comprehensive Genomic Profiling of all solid tumors at all stages, along with the LungLifeAI Risk Stratification test for Indeterminate Pulmonary Nodules. Circulogene provides the only CGP plasma test that combines the most advanced next-generation sequencing (NGS), Plasma PD-L1, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to detect and monitor cfDNA and cfRNA within well-characterized, well-documented, actionable cancer-associated genes. The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is an individual contributor and the front line of Circulogene’s customer interaction. The RBM develops and grows business through prospecting, implementing new business, and maintaining established accounts. The RBMs’ primary focus is to manage a territory of business and expand the customer base, and attain the assigned quota. S/he will communicate the clinical value of our diagnostic tests and drive implementation of routine collection and ordering protocols and procedures, including in-office and home phlebotomy processes. The clinical sale of our diagnostics tests will primarily take place in hospitals and office environments, with a focus on engaging Physicians and medical staff who aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

Responsibilities

Become fluent in the clinical messaging, sample collection, ordering, and shipping protocols, and reimbursement and coverage messaging related to our products

Communicate the value proposition of our tests to our customers in a way that aligns with their health system and/or clinical practice goals of high-quality patient care

Navigate complex health systems to reinforce our value proposition with all key stakeholders that impact the use of our products, and prospect for business growth opportunities within and across product lines

Grow and maintain business across our testing portfolio while working collaboratively with internal partners

Take accountability and ownership of your accounts by developing strong and long-term relationships with clinical customers and medical staff such that you are viewed as a valued resource to the customer

Establish clear and repeatable protocols within accounts and with Home Phlebotomists for the collection and ordering of our tests, including guiding the clinical patient selection criteria, sample logistics, and other hospital facility and medical staff processes as necessary

Develop clear and actionable territory plans to exceed territory goals using provided data sources, including AcquityMD

Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of Circulogene’s activities

Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required. Typically, overnights will be required. Expect 2-3 days overnight in your territory a week. Efficient territory routing is expected to minimize single-purpose trips.

Qualifications You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the adoption of clinically vital diagnostic tests that dramatically improve patient outcomes and quality of life. You have five or more years of experience in healthcare sales, with additional years of relevant sales experience in the pulmonary and/or GI areas, and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Science-based degrees in biology, chemistry or equivalent area are preferred.

Pulmonary or GI experience REQUIRED.

Aptitude to sell clinically in an office-based and hospital environment

Experience selling in complex environments with multiple key influencers and stakeholders.

Successful track record of independently managing a territory and consistently achieving quota.

Have a history of over-performance, Presidents Club, top percentile, etc.

History of growing customer base in a large geography

Experience managing multiple accounts and products (multi-product selling)

Capacity to immerse yourself in an account to assess stability and growth opportunity

Strong time management skills: effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

High business acumen: ability to prioritize and adapt to evolving business needs

Collaborative team player who proactively reaches out to partners, communicates and aligns on goals, priorities, and roles & responsibilities, follows up frequently, and courageously communicates and triages issues as they arise.

Strong communication skills; written, oral, and presentation; along with strong attention to detail.
