Drive new customer acquisition and manage a robust pipeline of microelectronics wastewater opportunities Conduct site surveys, solution selection, commissioning, and troubleshooting Deliver training to internal teams and external customers Develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities Engage with semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and wastewater reclaim operations to deliver differentiated solutions Leverage knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform managements strategic decision-making and reflect territory/sales pipeline management Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business Transition new customers to account management for post-sales support Position Details
Preferred location: Arizona, Texas, Pacific Northwest; open to candidates near a major airport in the U.S. Territory: North America 50% overnight travel required Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience Five years of experience in wastewater operations and maintenance Valid Drivers License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) Experience in microelectronics wastewater applications Familiarity with effluent chemistry and water circularity strategies Experience with semiconductor fabs and reclaim water projects About Nalco Water

The total compensation range for this position is $125,100-$187,700, including base pay and target incentive. Compensation is determined by factors such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws. Benefits are comprehensive and market-competitive.
