self-starter
with a passion for
asset management , ready to dive deep into a diverse portfolio of 14 multifamily properties (3,100 units). You will be a key player, working closely with acquisitions and third-party property management to execute and refine business plans from day one. What You'll Be Doing
This role is centered on proactive asset strategy and execution. You'll have direct oversight of your assigned portfolio, becoming an integral part of a lean, high-performance team. Key responsibilities include: Financial Oversight:
Monitoring performance, reviewing financials, and managing budgets and capital expenditures. Strategic Execution:
Driving the business plan for each asset, identifying opportunities for value creation, and ensuring key performance indicators are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partnering with acquisitions on due diligence and onboarding new properties, as well as collaborating with third-party property management to ensure seamless operations. Investor Relations:
Assisting with investor reporting, distributions, valuations, and financing efforts. This is a path to
senior leadership
