Supply Chain Team has a full time Analyst, Inventory reporting to the Manager, Shipboard Inventory. Responsibilities
Support adherence to standards and policies, training, reporting and provide insight related to the Global Hotel inventory. Analyze and audit inventory data and transactions to ensure Royal Caribbean Group targets and financial goals are met. Support team and business partners with CrunchTime and shoreside inventory systems. Analyze monthly business reports to ensure all hotel inventory teams on all vessels comply with targets, policies and practices. Draft and/or manage data and reporting requests for internal business partners. Collaborate with Scheduling to ensure crew member schedules meet par needs for onboard inventory for all brands. Provide guidance and training to ships and internal partners regarding CrunchTime and stock management. Support replenishment, order processing, cycle counting and reporting for hotel inventory held at warehouses worldwide. Assist in planning and executing new programs or products. Make recommendations to drive efficiencies within the inventory program and overall supply chain. Assist in updating and publishing the Inventory Manager Manual for SQM and other SOP documentation. Assist Manager in implementing initiatives, goals and objectives that support the fleet and senior management. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications And Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in accounting, finance, hospitality management, business administration, or related field (international equivalent preferred). 1-2 years experience in supply chain management and/or logistics or 1-3 years experience in statistics, business modeling, or forecasting. Knowledge of Hotel and Food & Beverage provisioning. Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask. Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team. Detail oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills; able to communicate with all levels of management and staff. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and the public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; capable of solving practical problems with limited standardization. May require travel to ships or warehouses for support and training as needed. Power Skills
