We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a flexible full-time capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in accuracy, organization, and efficiency while managing high volumes of data. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining company information across multiple databases and systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Verify, correct, and clean existing records to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information. Organize and file electronic documents in accordance with company procedures. Communicate with team members or departments to resolve discrepancies in data. Support additional administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Fresh graduates Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with data management systems, CRMs, or ERP software is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Work Schedule & Flexibility
