A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Joliet, IL. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 2026 and focuses on delivering behavioral support across multiple district buildings.

Qualifications: Masters degree preferred from an accredited college or university Current Illinois State Teaching License with LBS I and LBS II Behavior Intervention Specialist endorsements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential preferred Ability to travel between multiple district sites Responsibilities: Respond promptly and effectively to behavioral referrals following initial interventions and data collection Deliver one-to-one and small group intensive behavior interventions tailored to student needs Assist in de-escalating challenging behaviors and support students reintegration into the classroom environment Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families to identify best practices and monitor student progress This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload within a school setting.
