Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess students occupational therapy needs within the school environment. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students physical, sensory, and cognitive development. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet students evolving needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and assistive technology as needed. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials for school-based practice. Experience working with children across the K-12 age range in educational settings. Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy interventions relevant to school environments. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff.
