School Year (NSY) Key Responsibilities: Assess and provide occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grades Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district policies Use therapeutic techniques to support students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities within the school environment Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with appropriate credentials to practice in California Experience working in a school setting preferred Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning multiple grade levels Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families Commitment to supporting the developmental and educational needs of students Benefits and Perks: Weekly pay providing consistent income Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments Opportunity to make a positive difference in students academic and social success This role is ideal for an occupational therapist seeking a dynamic school environment with a manageable weekly schedule.
