A school-based Behavioral Health Clinician is needed to provide essential Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) for students in grades TK-12 across multiple sites in Twain Harte, CA. This contract position covers a full school year from August 15, 2025, to June 9, 2026, with a 40-hour workweek and daily hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include delivering direct and supportive mental health services to students whose behaviors interfere with their Individual Educational Program (IEP). The clinician will address complex behavioral challenges that may lead to more restrictive educational placements or higher levels of mental health intervention if untreated. Duties encompass counseling, assessment, evaluation, goal setting, case management, and collaboration with families. The clinician will also provide consultation and training for teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents, as well as participate in IEP meetings related to mental health services. Services may be provided on school campuses and occasionally in student homes or community settings. Key Qualifications: Must hold valid licensure or be license-eligible in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP). Experience working with TK-12 students in educational or mental health settings. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 15-22 students across 6-7 school sites. Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educational teams and families. This role requires one Behavioral Health Clinician dedicated to supporting students with specialized mental health needs.
