A full-time Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) Clinician is needed to support K-12 students across multiple school sites in Sonora, CA. This contract role runs from August 15, 2025, through June 9, 2026, with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities: Deliver direct and supportive mental health services to students exhibiting behaviors that interfere with accessing their Individualized Educational Program (IEP). Provide counseling, assessment, evaluation, goal setting, and case management tailored to students with special needs and their families. Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents by offering consultation and training aimed at addressing student behavioral challenges. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings related to ERMHS. Work primarily on multiple school campuses (6-7 sites) with occasional services delivered in student homes or community settings. Address behaviors placing students at risk for more restrictive educational placements or higher levels of mental health care. Qualifications: Licensed or license-eligible in California as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP). Demonstrated experience working with K-12 student populations in educational or clinical settings. Ability to manage an approximate caseload of 15 to 22 students. Strong skills in assessment, case management, and consultation within school environments. Location: Sonora, California Compensation is offered at a competitive hourly rate between $50 and $60.
