A full-time Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Teacher position is available at a K-12 school in Lancaster, CA. This contract role for the current school year (CSY) offers the opportunity to specialize in supporting students social and emotional development within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum tailored to K-12 students. Collaborate with special education staff to address the diverse needs of students. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional growth and resilience. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to improve SEL outcomes. Engage with families and school personnel to support student success and well-being. Utilize data and assessments to inform instruction and interventions. Qualifications and Experience: Valid teaching credential with authorization in Special Education or Social-Emotional Learning. Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in social-emotional support roles. Strong understanding of SEL frameworks and strategies. Ability to create individualized supports and manage diverse classroom needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to student growth and inclusive education. Location: Lancaster, California Contract Duration: Current School Year (CSY) This role offers a meaningful platform to impact students social and emotional development while working in a supportive K-12 environment.
