Duration: Contract for the 2025-2026 School Year Grade Level: Middle School Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEPs to support students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective classroom strategies and interventions. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social-emotional growth and academic achievement. Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and advisory sessions to enhance teaching practices. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Wisconsin DPI Special Education Teaching Certification is required. Experience working in an EBD classroom is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
