Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and analyze data on student progress to inform instructional strategies. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development. Monitor and adjust techniques to maximize effectiveness and engagement. Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of student records. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with school-age children, preferably in middle school. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to dynamic classroom environments. Location and Duration: Position based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Contract role for the current school year (CSY).
