A school-based opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 5th grade male student exhibiting behavioral challenges in a K-12 educational setting. This full-time contract position runs through the 2025-2026 school year, providing 37.5 hours per week from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is based in Allentown, PA, with an immediate start date and continues until June 4, 2026.

Provide a safe and supportive learning environment tailored to the students needs. Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Experience working with school-age children, preferably in K-12 settings. Ability to independently obtain BCBA supervision or utilize provided virtual BCBA supervision. Strong understanding of behavioral principles and intervention strategies. Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting student growth.
