A school-based opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 5th grade male student exhibiting behavioral challenges in a K-12 educational setting. This full-time contract position runs through the 2025-2026 school year, providing 37.5 hours per week from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is based in Allentown, PA, with an immediate start date and continues until June 4, 2026.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one behavioral support and interventions to the assigned student using RBT protocols. Implement behavior plans and collect data to track progress. Maintain consistent communication with educators and support staff. Collaborate with supervising BCBA for guidance and treatment fidelity. Provide a safe and supportive learning environment tailored to the students needs. Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Experience working with school-age children, preferably in K-12 settings. Ability to independently obtain BCBA supervision or utilize provided virtual BCBA supervision. Strong understanding of behavioral principles and intervention strategies. Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting student growth.
