20 Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with hearing impairments. Conduct virtual lessons, utilizing effective teaching strategies to engage students in a supportive learning environment. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed to facilitate optimal learning outcomes. Collaborate with parents, specialists, and school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's education. Provide resources and tools to empower students in developing their communication skills, both academically and socially. Stay informed about advancements in educational technology and methodologies for teaching students with hearing impairments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education. Experience working with elementary students in a virtual or classroom setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and families. Proficient in using digital tools for remote instruction.
