Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

School-Based BCBA
Schedule:
Full-time, MondayFriday
Setting:
Onsite, supporting multiple elementary schools within the district
Duration:
Full school year (20252026) with potential for renewal
Caseload:
Elementary-aged students; responsibilities may include direct student support, teacher/para consultation, and staff training
Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and administrators to promote positive behavior strategies and interventions
Provide consultation, coaching, and professional development to staff on implementing behavior plans and classroom management strategies
Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications: Current
BCBA certification
(Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work across multiple school sites and adapt to varying needs

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay:
