Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join an elementary schools autism program. In this role, you will collaborate with school staff, families, and other service providers to support student success, promote positive behaviors, and ensure implementation of effective interventions.

Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff in behavior strategies.
Monitor, collect, and analyze data to measure progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic, social, and emotional needs.
Ensure all services meet ethical and professional standards for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Qualifications: Active certification as a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .
Experience working in a school setting, preferably with students on the autism spectrum.
Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
Ability to start promptly and commit to the duration of the contract.
