$45-$60 per hour Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and support staff to enhance student success. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation consistent with professional and regulatory standards. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials applicable to school-based practice. Experience working with a diverse K-12 student population strongly preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students efficiently. Strong communication skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams and families.
