K-12 students Pay Range:
$45-$60 per hour Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to support students' functional and academic goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students across all grade levels. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise toward student success. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with a valid state license for Oregon. Experience working with school-age children in a K-12 setting preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively. Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Knowledge of IDEA regulations and school-based therapy requirements.
