Oversight of 2 Pharmacy Managers and a full retail/specialty team

Balance daily operations with strategic growth and provider partnerships

Ensure compliance with ACHC specialty accreditation, payor audits, and quality initiatives

Requirements: Active, clear Florida Pharmacist license

Minimum 5 years pharmacy manager/director experience in retail or specialty settings

Proven leadership of at least 3 direct reports

Strong HIV/AIDS pharmacy experience required (AAHIVP certification highly preferred)

Expertise in operations management, KPI achievement, and team development
