Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12 according to their individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with parents and school personnel. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license. Experience working in a school-based setting, preferably K-12. Strong understanding of educational environments and ability to collaborate with educators. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
