📍 Broomfield, CO (On-site for training, then remote)

What You'll Be DoingAs a Help Desk Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for learners seeking support with their tuition assistance benefits. Your responsibilities include:
- 🔐 Assisting users with login and access issues
- 📄 Reviewing and troubleshooting documentation submissions for reimbursement
- 📚 Guiding new users through benefit policies and eligibility requirements
- 📞 Handling escalated or sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- ✅ Ensuring every interaction meets strict policy and compliance standards
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 1–2+ years in customer service or administrative roles
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems (CRM, Outlook, online portals)
- Strong attention to detail and independent troubleshooting skills
- Emotional intelligence and resilience for handling sensitive or frustrated callers
- Backgrounds in banking (e.g., Teller, Personal Banker) or healthcare admin are highly valued
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in college admissions or education services
- Personal college experience (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, etc.)
- Prior roles involving sensitive or emotionally charged conversations
- 5 weeks of on-site training in Broomfield, CO
- Remote work begins after training completion
- Department of 43 employees, including 32 consultants
- Structured onboarding with performance milestones
- Multiple full-time shifts available (all Monday–Friday, no weekends)
- Niche industry with limited competition (Guild, Tuition.IO)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
