Radio Technician – Journeyman

Join a dynamic team supporting critical communication systems for first responders and public safety. As a Radio Technician – Journeyman, you’ll troubleshoot, program, install, and maintain 2-way and wireless communication systems, including 911 communications centers. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and program radios, consoles, paging systems, and wireless infrastructure Support customers in-person, over the phone, and via email Perform system installations and upgrades following industry best practices Collaborate with vendors, customers, and management to meet project timelines Maintain safety protocols and compliance standards What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience with 2-way radio and wireless communication systems Hands-on knowledge of RF, AC/DC, and mobile radio installation Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Proficiency with wireless communications test equipment (service monitors, watt meters, etc.) Industry certifications such as FCC, CET, or NABER preferred Valid driver’s license and insurability Why Join Us?
