Warehouse Associate – Jack Laurie Group

Location: 7998 Georgetown Rd, Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Full-time 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay: Starting at $17–$20/hour depending on experience

About the Role:

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

Receiving and organizing incoming materials and deliveries
Pulling and preparing orders for delivery or pickup
Loading and unloading trucks
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
Assisting with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
Supporting field teams with material staging and equipment prep
Basic data entry and use of warehouse tracking systems

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Forklift experience is a plus (certification can be provided)
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Ability to pass a background check
