Job Description

Warehouse Associate – Jack Laurie Group

Location: 7998 Georgetown Rd, Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Full-time 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay: Starting at $17–$20/hour depending on experience

About the Role

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and organizing incoming materials and deliveries
• Pulling and preparing orders for delivery or pickup
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
• Supporting field teams with material staging and equipment prep
• Basic data entry and use of warehouse tracking systems

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Forklift experience is a plus (certification can be provided)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
• Ability to pass a background check
