Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students across the K-12 spectrum Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance students functional skills, promoting their participation in classroom activities Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory and school requirements Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development and educational goals Preferred Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license applicable to the state Experience working with school-age children, preferably across a broad K-12 range Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a school environment Knowledge of school-based therapy regulations and IDEA guidelines is advantageous Flexibility to manage a full-time schedule during the contract term Location: Position based outside Rochester, NY, approximately a 30-minute commute from the city Benefits of this role include working within a supportive school community, the opportunity to impact student development positively, and gaining experience with diverse age groups.
