An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting. This contract position spans the full school year and is based in Fairport, NY. The role focuses on providing therapeutic support designed to help students develop the skills necessary for academic success and daily functioning within the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and clinical standards Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials valid for school-based services Experience working with children across K-12 grade levels in an educational setting Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and school-based intervention strategies Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, families, and school staff Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the educational and developmental outcomes of students while working within a collaborative school community.
