Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with school guidelines Provide direct speech therapy services to students in a classroom and/or therapy setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student goals, progress, and reports Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary discussions Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Knowledge of evidence-based speech therapy techniques and educational regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently Location: Bethlehem, PA Employment Type: Contract position covering the school year This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills within a supportive school environment.
