Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and email
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
- Drafting correspondence and handle mail
- Mantain organized filing system for the department
- Process confidential paperwork and maintain discretion
- Prepare banking documents
- Inventory maintenance, including ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Administrative support for executive or VP level leadership
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; Adobe Acrobat; SharePoint, and teleconferencing software.
