Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for student eligibility and support services Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement intervention plans Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) team meetings and assist with compliance Support students social-emotional needs through evidence-based strategies and programming Qualifications: Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist Endorsement Completion of a student teaching or internship in school psychology, or equivalent current experience Toni Linder training preferred but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school personnel Interview Process: Initial 1015 minute screening call with a Soliant recruiter Second round 2030 minute virtual interview with district staff Hiring decisions typically made within 2448 hours following interviews Location: Lake Villa, Illinois Elementary School Setting Contract Duration: School Year (NSY) Benefits: Weekly direct deposit for timely pay Flexible health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with employer match to support your future Ongoing professional support throughout the school year This opportunity offers a meaningful role for a skilled professional passionate about supporting elementary students well-being and academic success.
