Location: Burlington, MA Openings: 2 One full contract for the 2025-2026 school year One maternity leave cover from September 2, 2025, through December 19, 2025 Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students across grades K-12 Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to students' needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP certification with CCC credential Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff effectively Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Benefits and Perks: Structured contract assignments with clear start and end dates Opportunities to work in a supportive school environment focused on student success Collaborative professional community committed to continuous development This position offers a rewarding chance to impact student communication outcomes positively.
