Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services tailored to the needs of students in special education programs, including Essential (Life Skills) tracks. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure measurable student improvement. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district policies and state regulations. Provide teletherapy services as needed, utilizing technology to reach all students effectively. Qualifications: Valid CCC-SLP certification. Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably in healthcare or school settings. Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Proven ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, especially in special education. Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location: Positions are based in Tippecanoe County, with assignments most likely within the Tippecanoe School Corporation, including West Lafayette, IN.
