Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students across grades K-12. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state policies. Participate in meetings such as IEP planning and team discussions. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Appropriate state licensure for school-based speech-language pathology services. Experience working with children and adolescents in a school environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently and maintain detailed records.
