Verizon is hiring for a Product Manager focused on High Bandwidth Services with a specific focus on Dark Fiber. The role envisions, prioritizes, builds, and sells products and services, guiding a team of product managers and developers to create features that meet current market needs and anticipate future trends. The PM will drive revenue growth by delivering competitive products and partnering with sponsors, users, customers, sales, and service teams. Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of the product(s) from ideation to release and lifecycle management to grow the business (analytics, usage, strategy); monitor launch and post-launch progress. Review and prioritize product requirements; define the vision and business strategy for new products; identify and track KPIs; communicate priorities to stakeholders; translate technical requirements as needed. Maintain a strong understanding of the market opportunity; oversee product P&L, identify and manage commercial risks, and ensure strategic decisions align with business goals. Gain in-depth understanding of customers and users, gathering insights to shape the product experience while balancing stakeholder limitations. Conduct market research on customer needs and pain points; perform competitor gap analysis to drive growth and convert insights into product ideas. Collaborate with product marketers and engineers to define and drive product vision, business case, strategy, and roadmaps. Partner with engineering and GNT organizations on product development to deliver fit-for-purpose, desirable products. Collaborate with Marketing & Sales on product positioning, messaging, distribution and commercialization plans, targets, enablement, and solutions that meet needs. Define MVPs, manage product backlog, and de-scope strategically to achieve rapid feedback. Synthesize perspectives across stakeholders to make quick, informed decisions; communicate product value to customers, stakeholders, and leaders. Identify future potential and opportunity space to energize teams, customers, and networks. What were looking for

You'll need to have: Bachelors degree or ten or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work/military experience or specialized training. Four or more years of Product experience in B2B advanced IP network products. Experience in lifecycle management and understanding product P&L. Experience with IT systems for order entry, provisioning, service assurance, and/or billing. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Deep knowledge of Verizon's IT Provision Process flow. Experience with Verizons Lean Business Agility (LBA) and clarity process. Excellent communication and prioritization skills, and strong business acumen. Deep data and analytics orientation for evidence-based decision making with strong product intuition and user empathy. Experience operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand; understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics. Strong cross-functional skills and ability to motivate people outside ones direct team. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in dynamic environments where diverse perspectives are respected for creative solutions. Entrepreneurial self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player with professional presence. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and motivating them to perform in uncertain circumstances.
