Senior Product Manager - High Bandwidth at Verizon Verizon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for High Bandwidth Services with a focus on Dark Fiber. This role drives the direction and innovation of the product portfolio, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and partners with sales and service to meet revenue targets. What Youll Be Doing
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to release and post-launch management to grow the business (analytics, usage, strategy); monitor launch progress. Review and prioritize product requirements; define vision and business strategy for new products; identify and track KPIs; translate technical requirements as needed. Understand market opportunities and manage product P&L; identify and mitigate commercial risks; ensure product decisions align with business goals. Develop deep understanding of customers and users; gather insights to shape the product experience while balancing stakeholder constraints. Conduct market research on customer needs and pain points; perform competitor gap analyses to identify new offerings and translate them into product ideas. Collaborate with product marketers and engineers to define and drive product vision, business case, strategy, and roadmap. Partner with engineering and GNT organizations to deliver products that are fit for purpose and desirable in the market. Work with Marketing & Sales to define positioning, messaging, distribution plans, targets, enablement needs, and solutions that meet market needs. Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and de-scope to enable rapid feedback cycles. Synthesize perspectives from diverse stakeholders to make timely decisions; articulate product value to customers, stakeholders, and leaders. Identify future opportunities and energize teams and networks around the product vision. What Were Looking For
Youll need to have: Bachelors degree or ten or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training. Four or more years of product experience in B2B advanced IP network products. Experience in lifecycle management and understanding product P&L. Experience with IT systems for order entry, provisioning, service assurance, and/or billing. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Deep knowledge of Verizon's IT Provision Process flow. Experience with Verizons Lean Business Agility (LBA) and clarity process. Excellent communication and prioritization skills, and strong business acumen. Strong data and analytics orientation for evidence-based decision making with product intuition and user empathy. Experience operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand; familiarity with consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics. Strong cross-functional skills and ability to motivate people outside your direct team. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in dynamic environments where diverse perspectives are respected for creative solutions. Entrepreneurial self-starter who is collaborative and professional.
