$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr Description: A motivated front desk administrative assistant who will be the first point of contact for our clients. Additionally, this position provides a broad range of administrative and database support for Management and other departments. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette Ability to work cooperatively and courteously with others Knowledge of office policies, practices, and procedures Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Front Desk Responsibilities
Answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries. Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents. Maintaining accurate records of project information, contracts, and correspondence. Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal staff. Typing, photocopying, filing, and other general office duties. Assisting with accounting-related tasks such as three-way invoice matching. Assisting with payroll-related tasks such as employee time record-keeping for the payroll department Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace, lobby, and coffee station.
