Responsibilities
Answer dealership group phones
Direct customers to the correct department, and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner
Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
Maintain an accurate cash drawer with reconciliation daily
Qualifications
Ability to work in a team setting
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and a dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eager to improve in all aspects
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process
Days plus one evening per week and Saturday availability
