The Marketing Manager, Commercial Office plays a critical role in the day-to-day management, measurement and implementation of the Hudson Yards employee marketing initiatives. This individual will liaise between all commercial office tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery of digital assets, onsite program/event planning and execution, partnership operations, tenant relations, onsite signage, audience development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy across all channels to ultimately drive sales, foot-traffic and engagement at Hudson Yards. The Manager will be responsible for content accuracy, including the layout and visual components, copy, and develop materials for the employee audience. This individual will work closely with internal marketing teams to stay up to date and maintain content calendars for digital channels. This role will be based full-time onsite in the New York office and will report to the SVP of Marketing, Partnerships and Events for Hudson Yards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Employee Events & Engagement Plan and execute event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement Collaborate with Customer Experience team to provide strategic input on event programming and content direction Manage event registration processes through digital platforms Coordinate with Hudson Yards and Deutsche Bank Center consumer marketing teams on aligned initiatives, tenant support and supporting efforts Employee Marketing Manage and publish site content updates through web content management system (CMS) and coordinate with CRM database team to grow engagement and database Oversite, review, copywriting and updates on website including hero rotators, event and store listings, crafting blogs, etc. implementing SEO and analytic learnings in tandem with website development team Onsite signage: update, edit, and maintain content to ensure accuracy and relevance Work with legal team to derisk and implement sweepstakes, deals, competitions, and other promotional activities Maintain consistent brand voice across all assets and communication channels Analyze and report out content performance and metrics to optimize future activations based on data insights Project manage any digital marketing transitions inclusive of data transfer, timelines, deliverables, content uploads, and marketing strategy Manage relationships with third-party digital vendors and platforms Support internal stakeholders with content needs for various projects Oversee creative needs including signage, invitations, gifts, and other branded materials via printing vendors, quality assurance, scheduling installations/removals and digital signage uploads/expirations, creative refreshes, inventory reporting Manage new employee and commercial office tenant onboarding: welcome package, marketing, eblasts, access, etc. Develop overarching employee programs Maintain a good finger on the pulse of branded events and programs throughout NYC Review and update all website content including hero rotators, event listings, store listings, crafting blogs, etc. implementing SEO and analytic learnings in tandem with website development team Administrative Oversee contract matrix for marketing and events, ensuring all vendor contracts and COIs are current and filed Provide regular status reports and briefings for functional leadership team Keep current tenants, partners, concierges, and vendor contact sheets Maintain online Box organization and diligent file saving Understand industry and market competition for local, domestic and international audiences Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range: $105,000 - $125,000 / year Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 6+ years of experience in Marketing or related field Experienced team player, showing leadership and ownership of projects and responsibilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative and strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented and growth mindset Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and adaptable Exercises strong attention to detail and careful listening Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Fluency and literacy of multi-channel marketing tactics and platforms (i.e. social media, OOH, digital advertising, onsite advertising, owned channels, etc.) Some evening & weekend events Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
