They are looking for a

Marketing Manager

with broad experience across the startup marketing cycle. As one of the companys earliest marketing hires, youll play a hands-on role while also taking ownership of end-to-end marketing workfrom messaging and content to national campaigns, growth strategies, and performance tracking. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-impact team (fewer than 20 employees) and be part of shaping how the marketing function grows as the company scales across the U.S. and beyond. What Youll Do

Develop marketing strategies to drive U.S. growth across channels such as webinars, events, partnerships, paid and earned media, and acquisition campaigns Lead marketing program execution from concept through delivery, collaborating cross-functionally with design, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams Design and run experiments to test and optimize organic and paid acquisition channels Partner with sales, customer success, partnerships, and product teams to evolve lead-nurturing and product-led growth strategies Create and maintain analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting insights to inform GTM plans and future campaigns Manage website and social media presence, drafting content and coordinating visuals and copy with internal and external partners Develop and implement SEO strategies in collaboration with internal and external resources What You Bring

35+ years of marketing experience Proven experience optimizing and growing the sales funnel (inbound and outbound), including lead generation and ABM Experience marketing to diverse audiences (including SMBs) and working with large, fast-growing user bases Expertise developing GTM strategies, including product-led growth approaches, collateral creation, and collaboration with content/design teams Strong analytical skills with experience building systems to track and report on performance (HubSpot or similar) Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to delivery Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail, design, and aesthetics Ability to work in-person at the Brooklyn, NY headquarters Preferred qualifications

Experience in a small, fast-growing startup environment (especially data-focused products) Familiarity with marketing to nonprofit and philanthropy customers and understanding their decision-making and purchasing cycles Interested?
