Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Maintenance Electrician to repair CNC & welding machines. If you are looking for an organization that is busy, growing with stable consistent work where OT is always available (but not mandatory), then this is the place to be!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

·       Maintenance of various CNC machines, Press Brakes, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment

·       Maintaining asset reliability to a high standard

·       Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations

·       Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and facilities as needed

·       Equipment lubrication, filter changes and standard preventative maintenance

·       Equipment troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations

·       Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling

·       Working closely with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

·       Utilizing safe work practices

Qualifications:

·       Computer literate

·       Manufacturing experience

·       Able to read blueprints and schematics

·       Able to troubleshoot and problem solve

·       Must be highly motivated

·       Able to communicate and work well with others

·       Must pass competency test, and pre-employment physical including drug screen

·       2+ years of experience with machine maintenance in a CNC environment

·       Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus

·       Experience in troubleshooting, dismantling, and repairing a variety of machinery including CNC equipment

·       Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance

·       Ability to read and interpret a variety of blueprints, schematics, and documentation.
