Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Litigation Paralegal
to support attorneys in all phases of litigation. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely while attending in-office meetings, trial preparations, and proceedings as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trial preparation, document management, and litigation support. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with attorneys on trial strategy and logistics. Manage discovery processes, including document review and e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity). Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Organize trial materials such as binders, exhibits, and evidence lists. Prepare witnesses and coordinate expert testimony. Track deadlines, court dates, and ensure procedural compliance. Conduct legal research and maintain case files. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of litigation paralegal experience
(state, federal, or administrative). Bachelors degree
and/or
ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
preferred. Proficiency in litigation software and case management tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Experience in hybrid or remote work environments is a plus. About Morae Global
