Seeking a strategic, data-driven fundraising leader to grow and diversify our Corporate and Foundation Relations portfolio. Reporting to the VP & Chief Development Officer, you’ll lead major gift efforts, build partnerships, and mentor a high-performing team. This role requires deep experience in healthcare or nonprofit fundraising, a passion for equity and social justice, and expertise in strategic planning, operations, and donor engagement. Lead major gift efforts and grow the Corporate and Foundation Relations portfolio. Build and manage partnerships with corporate partners and foundations. Utilize data-driven approaches to fundraising and equity-driven strategies. Qualifications
12+ years in fundraising with 10+ years in leadership Proven success in securing institutional gifts Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills Experience in healthcare or complex nonprofit environments Seniority level
