Cash Application Specialist
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support invoicing and cash application activities for a small Canadian division. This contract role is centered on billing, collections, and related financial operations using Epicor ERP. The position may also provide assistance to other business units as needed. Responsibilities: Perform daily invoicing and billing for goods and services. Accurately apply customer payments in Epicor and resolve discrepancies. Maintain documentation of invoice distribution and customer communications. Respond to customer inquiries and provide supporting documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing. Assist with collections and follow-up activities. Support process improvements and cross-functional financial tasks. Provide assistance to other divisions as needed. Essential Skills: 2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, or cash applications. Proficiency with Epicor ERP or similar financial systems. Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a shared services or multi-entity environment is a plus. Work Environment: This position is onsite with a flexible start time, requiring 8 hours daily and 40 hours per week. Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
