Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will support client/customers, learning, community, and events as well as support Workplace functions defined locally or by your geography and local leadership. They arrange and coordinate meetings/conferences in liaison with the Meeting and Events Planning team when applicable. Key responsibilities include: Prepares a range of non-routine correspondence according to company guidelines for signature by executive. Compiles, processes and analyzes data based on research objectives and prepare reports. Handles routine and non-routine logistics. Follows up on action items and report status to Executives/meeting attendees. Coordinates work with third-party suppliers to address support needs. Arranges conference calls, video conferences or data conferences. Assists with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks. Keeps current and be knowledgeable on Accenture's tools and technology. Develops relationships with executives' clients and their Executive Support Associates. Records and monitor work requests into the tracking tool in a timely manner. May be responsible for coordinating the activities of other Executive Support Associates/Analysts. Anticipates travel needs of executive and independently coordinate complex travel arrangements. May prepare draft proposals and presentations with direction from Executive. May review and sort paper-based and electronic mail. Manages potential complex calendar/diary activity. May provide telephone support. May maintain contact and email distribution lists. Job requirements: Onsite Monday - Friday in Cincinnati office. Basic qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of Executive Support experience. Preferred qualifications: Intermediate MS Office skills, with advanced Outlook skills; Experience in Global Travel management

including visas and passports; High degree of solid judgement and empathy; Organization and multi-tasking skillstaking ownership in a proactive fashion, delivering within expected timelines; College degree preferred. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below. California $21.97 to $49.57 Colorado $21.97 to $42.84 District of Columbia $23.37 to $45.63 Illinois $20.34 to $42.84 Minnesota $21.97 to $42.84 Maryland $21.97 to $42.84 New York/New Jersey $20.34 to $49.57 Washington $23.37 to $45.63
